摘要
目前部分公立医院除了临床医疗工作,同时承担着高等医学院校教学、继续教育、人才培养、住院医师规范化培训等任务。这部分工作具有人员复杂、专业多样、考核要求高等特点。当前繁重的教学任务和国家住院医师规范化培训给公立医院的临床教学提出了更高的要求。提高医院临床教学水平,完善医学人才培养体系,符合健康中国战略的发展要求,也深刻地影响我国医学科学发展的速度和质量,是医院内涵建设的"应有之义"。文章论述了公立医院高等医学院校教学、继续教育、人才培养、住院医师规范化培训的现状和存在的问题,并针对性地提出了教学工作改革的措施和建议,为医院临床教学改革提供了新的思路。
At present,in addition to clinical medical work,some public hospitals are also responsible for the tasks of teaching in higher medical colleges,continuing education,personnel training,and standardized training of resident physicians.This part of the work has the characteristics of personnel complexity,professional diversity and high assessment requirements.Current,the heavy teaching tasks and the national standardized training of the national resident physicians have put forward higher requirements for the clinical teaching in public hospitals.Improving the level of clinical teaching and perfecting the medical personnel training system in order to meet the requirements of healthy China's development strategy,and profoundly affect the speed and quality of the development of medical science in China are the"due meaning"of hospital connotation construction.This paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of higher medical college teaching,continuing education,talent cultivation and standardized training of resident physicians in public hospitals,and puts forward measures and suggestions for teaching reform,which provides a new idea for the clinical teaching reform in hospitals.
