摘要
非直属临床医学院是高等医学院校的重要组成部分,是行使医疗服务、科学研究、人才培养多重职能的重要场所,而医务人员临床教学的积极性、主动性是保证医院教学质量的关键。文中分析当前影响非直属临床医学院临床教师教学积极性的因素,并提出加强教师职业道德修养、建立教学行政查房制度、设置阶段性专职教师、制订合理教学质量评价体系和激励措施、强化师资培养等对策。
] The non-affiliated school of clinical medicine,as an important part of a medical university,plays the functions of medical service,scientific research,as well as clinical teaching.The quality of clinical teaching hinges on the enthusiasm and initiative of the medical staff.The authors analyzed various factors influencing the enthusiasm of clinical teachers in the non-affiliated school of clinical medicine,and advanced the following proposals: promoting professional ethics accomplishment,setting up an administrative system of ward teaching inspection,appointing phased full-time teachers,working out a teaching quality assessment system and rational inspiring measures,strengthening the training of teachers and satisfying their needs for self-development,which are meant to fully inspire the enthusiasm and initiative of clinical teachers and open up a new prospect for clinical teaching in the hospital.
