摘要
[目的]探讨伯格曼医用射线防护喷剂应用于放射治疗皮肤损伤肿瘤病人的效果。[方法]选取我院2016年4月—2018年2月收治的90例放射治疗肿瘤病人作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将病人分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组病人予以康复新液外喷预防干预,观察组病人给予伯格曼医用射线防护喷剂预防干预,比较两组病人干预后放射性皮肤损伤发生率,干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分,干预满意率。[结果]观察组病人放射性皮肤损伤发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组病人SAS、SDS、SF-36评分较干预前明显改善,观察组干预后SAS、SDS、SF-36评分优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组总满意率高达95.56%,显著高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]伯格曼医用射线防护喷剂应用于放射治疗皮肤损伤肿瘤病人,可有效降低病人皮肤损伤发生率,改善病人心理状态及生活质量,病人总满意率高。
objective:To explore the application value of Bergman’s medical ray protection spray in radiotherapy for patients with skin lesions.Methods A total of 90 tumor patients underwent with radiation treatment admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to February 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each.The control group received Kangfuxin Liquid spray as the prevention intervention,while the observation group received Bergman’s medical ray protection spray as the prevention intervention.Compared the incidence of radiation skin lesion after the intervention,scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the MOS 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)before and after the intervention,and the satisfaction of the intervention.Results The incidence of a radiation skin lesion in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group(22.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS,and SF-36 were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention.SAS,SDS and SF-36 scores of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group after the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was as high as 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 82.22% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of Bergman’s medical ray protection spray in radiotherapy for patients with skin lesions could effectively reduce the incidence of skin injury,improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients,and the satisfaction rate of patients was high.
