摘要 伤口床（wound bed）为创面，是指因某种原因导致皮肤组织的破坏，容易发生感染和严重的败血症等并发症。机体需要良好的营养条件和免疫系统来抵抗此类威胁，并通过自身组织的再生、修复、重建或人为干预等达到伤口床的愈合。伤口床准备（wound bed preparation）是为促进伤口内源性的愈合，提高治疗效果的一种伤口优化管理方案．包括不同阶段的清创、渗液管理和控制感染，强调采用整体、系统性的治疗方法来评估和消除愈合过程的影响因素，使伤口能够在正常环境下愈合。
