摘要
探讨了石墨涂层厚度对双层涂层玄武岩纤维织物电磁性能和力学性能的影响,结果表明:测试频率范围为0 MHz~1500 MHz时,石墨涂层厚度为2. 0 mm的织物对电磁波的极化能力最强;测试频率范围分别为0 MHz~700 MHz和700 MHz~1500 MHz时,分别对应石墨涂层厚度为1. 5 mm和2. 0 mm的织物对电磁波的损耗能力最强;测试频率范围分别为0 MHz~1250MHz和1250 MHz~1500 MHz时,分别对应石墨涂层厚度为1. 5 mm和2. 0 mm的织物对电磁波的衰减能力最强;测试频率范围为0 MHz~40 MHz时,石墨涂层厚度为2. 0 mm的织物对电磁波的屏蔽能力最强;随石墨涂层厚度增加,织物的力学性能随之增强。
The effects of graphite coating thickness on the electromagnetic properties and mechanical properties of the double-coated basalt fiber fabrics were investigated.The results showed that the fabric with a graphite coating thickness of 2.0mm had the strongest polarization for electromagnetic waves when the test frequency range was 0MHz-1500MHz.When the test frequency ranges were 0MHz-700MHz and 700MHz-1500MHz respectively,the fabrics with the graphite coating thickness of 1.5mm and 2.0mm respectively had the greatest loss for electromagnetic waves.When the test frequency ranges were 0MHz-1250MHz and 1250MHz-1500MHz respectively,the fabrics with the graphite coating thickness of 1.5mm and 2.0mm respectively had the greatest attenuation for electromagnetic waves.When the test frequency range was 0MHz-40MHz,the fabric with a graphite coating thickness of 2.0mm had the strongest shielding property for electromagnetic waves.As the thickness of the graphite coating increased,the mechanical properties of the fabric increased as well.
