摘要
以棉织物为基布,采用涂层工艺,制备了镍粉涂层复合材料,探讨了烘干时间对其电磁性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:测试频率范围为0. 01 GHz~1. 5 GHz时,烘干30 min的涂层材料的介电常数实部、虚部和损耗角正切值均达到最大,对电磁波的极化能力、损耗能力和衰减能力最强;测试频率范围为0. 1 MHz~150 MHz时,烘干30 min的涂层材料的屏蔽效能最大,对电磁波的屏蔽能力最强;烘干时间影响涂层材料的力学性能,烘干70 min的涂层材料的力学性能最佳。
With coating process,the nickel powder coating composites were prepared by using cotton as base fabrics.The effects of drying time on its electromagnetic and mechanical properties were discussed.The results showed that when the test frequency range was 0.01 GHz-1.5 GHz,the dielectric constant of the coating material dried for 30 minutes had the highest real part,the imaginary part and the loss tangent,which represented the strongest polarization,loss and attenuation for electromagnetic waves;when the test frequency range was 0.1 MHz-150 MHz,the coating material dried for 30 minutes had the highest shielding effectiveness,which represented the strongest shielding effectiveness for electromagnetic waves.Drying time affected the mechanical properties of coating materials and the material dried for 70 minutes had the best mechanical properties.
