石墨烯/石墨单层涂层织物的电磁性能和力学性能的研究 被引量:14

Study on the Electromagnetic Properties and Mechanical Properties of Graphene/Graphite Single-layer Coating Fabric

摘要 以锦纶为基布,以聚氨酯为基体,以石墨烯和石墨为功能粒子,采用涂层工艺制备了石墨烯/石墨单层涂层织物。重点研究了不同配比的石墨烯和石墨混合物对单层涂层织物的电磁性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在0 MHz~1000 MHz频率范围内,石墨烯和石墨用量10:0混合时,石墨烯单层涂层织物的介电常数实部、损耗角正切均最大,即该材料对电磁波的极化能力、衰减能力均最强;石墨烯和石墨用量对石墨烯单层涂层织物的介电常数虚部影响很小;在0 MHz~40 MHz频率范围内,石墨烯和石墨用量8:2混合时,石墨烯单层涂层织物的屏蔽效能最大,对电磁波的屏蔽能力最强。 The graphene/ graphite single-layer coating fabric was prepared by coating process with polyamide as base fabric, polyurethane as matrix, graphene and graphite as functional particles. The effects of different ratios of graphene and graphite mixture on the electromagnetic properties and mechanical properties of single-layer coating fabric were mainly studied.The results showed that in the frequency range of 0 MHz to 1000 MHz, when the dosages of graphene and graphite were mixed at a ratio of 10:0, the real part of the dielectric constant and tangent of loss angle of the graphene single-layer coating fabric were the largest, namely, the material′s polariza- tion ability to electromagnetic wave and the attenuation ability were the strongest, the amount of graphene and graphite had little effect on the imaginary part of the dielectric constant of graphene single-layer coating fabric, in the frequency range of 0 MHz to 40 MHz, when the dosages of graphene and graphite were mixed at a ratio of 8: 2, the graphene single-layer coating fabric had the highest shielding efficiency and the strongest shielding ability to electromagnetic wave.
