摘要
目的探讨衰弱前及衰弱期老年人自我护理能力、心理弹性对生存质量的影响。方法选取2016年12月-2017年5月,采用老年人自我护理能力量表(SASE)、心理弹性量表简表(RS-14)和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对泰安市5个社区的319名衰弱前及衰弱期老年人进行调查,并对数据进行分析,建立中介模型。结果老年人生理、心理、社会关系及环境领域生存质量得分分别为(63.93±10.02)分、(67.59±7.24)分、(63.35±10.18)分、(62.13±6.49)分,自我护理能力总分为(68.66±9.76)分,心理弹性总分为(76.72±8.34)分;自我护理能力与生理、心理、社会关系及环境领域生存质量均呈正相关(r=0.227~0.644,P<0.01),心理弹性与四个领域生存质量也呈正相关(r=0264~0.538,P<0.01);自我护理能力、心理弹性对生存质量具有直接的预测作用(P<0.01),自我护理能力对心理弹性也有直接的预测作用(P<0.01),并通过心理弹性间接影响生存质量。结论心理弹性在衰弱前及衰弱期老年人的自我护理能力和生存质量间具有中介效应。
Objective To study the influence of self-care ability and resilience on quality of life of the pre-frail and frail elderly.Methods 319 pre-frail and frail old people living in five communities of Taian City from December 2016 to May 2017 were investigated depending on the self-care ability scale for the elderly(SASE),the resilience scale(RS)and the world health organization quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF).The data was analyzed and intermediary model is established.Results The physical,psychological,social relations and environmental domains of quality of life of old people were(63.93±10.02),(67.59±7.24),(63.35±10.18),(62.13±6.49).The total score of the SASE was(68.66±9.76).The total score of the RS-14 was(76.72±8.34);Self-care ability and physical,psychological,social relations and environmental domains of quality of life were positively associated(r=0.227~0.644,P<0.01).Resilience and the four domains of quality of life were positively associated(r=0264~0.538,P<0.01).The self-care ability and resilience had a direct impact on quality of life(P<0.01).Self-care ability had a direct and significant impact on resilience(P<0.01),and had a indirect impact on quality of life through the mediating effect of resilience.Conclusion Resilience is partially mediated between self-care ability and quality of life of the pre-frail and frail elderly.
