摘要
骨质疏松症是骨量减少、骨强度下降、脆性增加、易发生骨折的全身性骨病,属中医学"骨痿""骨枯"等范畴。中医食疗法防治骨质疏松症取得一定成果,本文基于相关的文献研究,着重从骨质疏松症的病因病机、中医食疗法进行探析,以期更加清楚地认识中医食疗法防治骨质疏松症的现状,从而更好地发挥中医药治疗骨质疏松症的优势。
Osteoporosis is a kind of systemic bone disease characterized by bone mass reduction,bone strength decrease,bone fragility increase,which belongs to the category of"gu wei"and"gu ku"in TCM.Based on the relevant literature research,this paper focuses on the etiology and pathogenesis of Osteoporosis and the Chinese Medicine Dietotherapy,in order to better understand the current situation of the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by Chinese Medicine dietotherapy,in order to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.
