浅析海因里希法则对施工安全管理的启示 被引量:8

摘要 随着我国经济建设的飞速发展,各类基础设施建设的体量在不断增大。建筑业作为高危行业,由于受到传统观念和惯性思维的影响,在施工过程中,现场施工人员安全观念缺失,自我防护意识不强,导致各类安全事故频发。为降低事故发生率,以工程项目现地施工人员为研究对象,考虑影响现场施工人员安全的关键因素,利用海因里希法则原理对现场施工人员的安全管理进行研究。研究结果表明事故预防应从事故发生的源头抓起,并将每个事关安全的细节工作落到实处,最终实现安全管理从"事故追责型"向"事故预防型"的转变。 With the rapid development of Chinese economic construction,the volume of infrastructure construction is increasing.As a high-risk construction industry,which is influenced by the traditional concept and inertia thinking,during the construction process,on-site construction personnel lack the concept of safety and the self-protection consciousness,which leads to all kinds of safety accidents frequently.In order to reduce the accident rate,to project on-site construction personnel as the research object,considering the key factors that affect about the safety of on-site construction personnel,the safety management of is studied by using the Heinrich rule principle.The results show that the accident prevention should start from the source of the accident,put every safety related details into effect,and ultimately realize the transformation of safety management from"accident responsibility type"to"accident prevention type".
