摘要
目的:调查了解医学院校研究生实验室安全意识及高校实验室安全教育与管理现状,为改进实验室安全管理提供建议。方法:采用随机数表法抽取109名研究生,使用自行设计的"医学院校研究生实验室安全意识调查表",从实验室安全规章制度、实验室安全设施、实验操作规范、仪器设备操作规范、废弃物处理和实验室安全培训6方面进行问卷调查,针对调查结果进行分析并制定改进措施。结果:被调查的研究生中89.91%熟知国家、学校及各实验室相应的实验室安全管理规定;31.19%的研究生"不知道"或"不清楚"所在实验室(楼)的紧急安全通道位置,仅有41.28%的研究生会正确使用消防器材;77.98%的研究生表示实验时会穿戴防护性器具;仅有32.11%的研究生接受过系统的实验室安全培训。结论:医学院校研究生实验室的安全意识有待加强,实验室安全教育及基础设施配置需进一步改善,高校应继续加强实验室安全教育,及时补充完善安全设施,为科研工作者提供安全、规范的实验环境。
Objective:To investigate and grasp the safety awareness of postgraduates about laboratory in medical university as well as the current situation of safety education and management of college and university for laboratory so as to provide suggestions for improving the management of laboratory safety. Methods: 109 postgraduates randomly selected, and self-designed "Questionnaire on Safety Awareness of Postgraduates for Laboratory in Medical Universities" was adopted to implement questionnaire survey from 6 aspects: rules and regulations of laboratory safety, safety facilities of laboratory, specifications of experimental operation, operation specifications of instrument and equipment, waste disposal and the training of laboratory safety. Aimed at the results of investigation to implement analysis and formulate improvement measures. Results: In investigated postgraduates, 89.91% of them proficiently knew the corresponding administrative regulations of the state, university and various laboratories about laboratory safety. While 31.19% postgraduates was "don’t know" or "unclear" for the location of emergency safety passage in laboratory(building), and only 41.28% postgraduates could use fire equipment correctly. And the results of 77.98% postgraduates indicated they would wear protective appliance during experiments, but only 32.11% postgraduates had once received systematic training about laboratory safety. Conclusion: The safety awareness of postgraduates about laboratory in medical universities need be strengthened, and the safety education and infrastructure configuration of laboratory need be further improved. Universities should continue to strengthen the safety education of laboratory, and timely supplement and improve the safety facilities, and provide a safe and standardized experimental environment for researchers.
