摘要 目的:建立规范化的临床带教机制,大力提高护理实习生(以下简称为护生)的实习质量,培养优秀护理人才。方法:对我院接收的406名大中专、本科护理实习生开展岗前培训,依据实习大纲科学分科,加强基础、专科护理学习,建立健全的临床实习层次管理制度,建立规范的实习质量考核,最终进行临床实习评价。结果:实习护生对临床带教老师的仪容仪表及专业技能素质满意率分别为89.37%、87.94%,对带教老师的职业道德、敬业精神等的满意率分别为85.29%、84.76%;对带教老师的带教积极性、带教方式方法及师生关系等3个项目的满意率分别为63.36%、61.52%、64.37%;实习护生操作考核优秀率达87.62%,理论考核优秀率达63.01%。结论:医院通过对护理实习生严格的带教管理,有效提高了实习质量,达到了教学相长的双赢目标。 Objective: A standardized clinical teaching mechanism was established, to improve practicing quality of internsand cultivate excellent nursing talents. Methods: 400 inters received preservice training, were branched based on the practice science,strengthened basic study, established and improved the level of clinical practice management, established a standardized practice qualityassessment, and evaluated clinical practice in the end. Results: Satisfaction rate of the teacher’s appearance and professional skills was89.37% and 87.94% respectively; the satisfaction rate of the teacher’s professional ethics and professional spirit is 85.29% and 84.76%;satisfaction rates of the teacher’s teaching enthusiasm, teaching methods and the relationship between teachers and students were 63.36%,61.52% and 63.36% respectively; excellence rate of operation was 87.62%, and the theoretical examination excellence rate was 63.01%.Conclusion: Through on the strict teaching management for interns, the quality of clinical practice was effectively improved; and teachersplus students were benefited.
