摘要
目的探讨护理临床带教中分层次教学目标管理的应用价值。方法对照组为2016年4月21日—2017年3月30日我院22名实习护理人员,观察组为2017年4月10日—2018年4月25日25名实习护理人员。对照组采取常规管理模式,观察组实施分层次教学目标管理,观察两组带教效果、满意度。结果观察组实践操作、理论知识、制度掌握、流程掌握及法律法规评分高于对照组,P <0.05;在满意度方面,观察组自我评价、教学方式、实习过程数据分别高于对照组,P <0.05。结论护理临床带教中实施分层次教学目标管理,效果确切,可有效提供带教效果,利于实际工作开展。
Objective To explore the application value of hierarchical teaching target management in nursing clinical teaching.Methods The control group was22nursing interns in our hospital from April21,2016to March30,2017,and the observation group was25nursing interns from April10,2017to April25,2018.The control group was given routine management mode,while the observation group was given hierarchical teaching target management.The teaching effect and satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of practical operation,theoretical knowledge,system mastery,process mastery and laws and regulations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.In terms of satisfaction,the data of self-evaluation,teaching methods and practice process in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical teaching target management in nursing clinical teaching can provide effective teaching effect and facilitate the practical work.
