摘要
以乌鲁木齐市372位消费者调查数据为依据,构建Logistic模型分析了消费者对进口食品的购买意愿及其影响因素。结果表明,乌鲁木齐消费者对进口食品质量和安全的关注度和了解程度较好,但缺乏对进口食品认证标志的认知;此外,文化程度、家庭平均月收入、对进口食品的了解程度、对进口食品信息的关注度、进口食品安全监管程度、亲友的看法、媒体的报道、对健康的关注程度、食品品牌、安全认证等显著地影响消费者的进口食品购买意愿。最后,对未来的消费趋势进行了展望。
Based on the survey data of 372 consumers in Urumqi, a Logistic model was constructed to analyze the consumer's willingness to buy imported food and its influencing factors. The results showed that Urumqi consumers concerned more about the imported food quality and safety, but they were not aware of the imported food certification mark. In addition, many other factors also had a significant impact on consumers' willingness to purchase imported foods such as educational level, average monthly household income,knowledge to the imported food, degree of concern about imported food information, degree of supervision over the imported food safety, the opinions of relatives and friends, media coverage, degree of concern about the health, food brand, safety certification and so on. Finally, the future consumption trends were forecasted.
