摘要
影响食品安全的因素有法律的、监管的、经营者诚信等问题,但是食品安全意识不高是所有因素中最重要的因素,因此对食品安全不重视,甚至故意危害食品安全等事件时有发生。从食品安全的两个案件入手,分析食品安全意识不高的成因,提出相应的对策,并对不同层次食品安全意识培养的路径与方法给予探析。
The factors to food safety involve legislation, supervision, business integrity and other issues, of which food safety awareness is the most important factor. Because of the lack of food safety consciousness, the fatal incidents occasionally occurred.
