摘要
目的 了解中蒙边境乌拉斯台口岸地区鼠类携带病原体情况。方法 2017年在中蒙边境线及乌拉斯台口岸的生活区、联检大厅周围、野外、边境区,采用夹夜(昼)法捕鼠,进行形态学鉴定;采集鼠脾脏、肺组织,采用PCR或RTPCR检测嗜吞噬细胞无形体(Anaplasma phagocytophilum)、鼠疫耶尔森菌(Yersinia pestis)、斑点热群立克次体、埃立克体(Ehrlichiae)、伯氏疏螺旋体(Borrelia burgdorferi)、巴尔通体(Bartonella)、汉坦病毒(Hantavirus)核酸。结果 共捕获96只鼠,经分类鉴定,隶属于4科5属5种,其中黄兔尾鼠53只,为优势种。从49只鼠类中检测到巴尔通体,阳性率51.0%(49/96);1只鼠类检测到嗜吞噬细胞无形体,阳性率1.0%(1/96)。鼠疫耶尔森菌、斑点热群立克次体、埃立克体、伯氏疏螺旋体、汉坦病毒均未检出。结论 乌拉斯台口岸鼠类携带巴尔通体和嗜吞噬细胞无形体,应密切监测。
Objective To investigate the rat-borne pathogens in Wulasitai port,Sino-Mongolia border. Methods The rats were captured by live traps and snap traps at the living areas,around the joint inspection hall,the field and the border zone at Wulasitai port in 2017. Morphological identification was performed. The lungs and spleen samples were taken from the rats. PCR and RT-PCR were used to delecte Yersinia pestis,Anaplasma phagocytophilum,Spote fever group rickettsiae,Ehrlichiae,Borrelia burgdorferi,Bartonella,Hantavirus. Results A total of 96 rats were captured,and were belonging to 4 families,5 genera,5 species. Eolagurus was the dominant species,and 53 were captured. Bartonella was detected in 49 rats,with the positive rate was 51.0%(49/96). Anaplasma phagocytophilum was detected in 1 rats,with the positive rate was 1.0%(1/96). Yersinia pestis,Spotted hot group rickettsia,Ehrlichiae,Borrelia burgdorferi and Hantavirus were not detected. Conclusion Bartonella and Anaplasma phagocytophilum were carried by rats at Wulasitai port. It is necessary to strengthen rats surveillance.
