摘要
目的:中医骨伤正骨手法是整复骨折、脱位的特色治疗方法。为了能够将虚拟仿真正骨手法教学手段进一步推广及实际运用,以桡骨远端伸直型骨折为例,对中医骨伤科正骨手法三维模型建立与虚拟仿真的方法进行介绍。方法:利用虚拟仿真软件,具体需要通过CT数据采集、三维模型建立、虚拟动画采集等步骤获得三维虚拟仿真模型。结果:通过以上操作可以得到虚拟三维复位模型。结论:如果能够通过适当的方法完成正骨手法三维模型建立与虚拟仿真,可将其运用到正骨手法的教学与传承指导工作中,能够更加直观地观察到正骨手法运用过程中骨折移位的改善情况,更好地体会正骨手法的细节。
Objective: The orthodontic treatment with traditional Chinese medicine is a featured method of reconstructing fractures and dislocations. In order to popularize and practice the virtual simulation orthodontic treatment teaching, this paper introduces the method of establishing and simulating the three-dimensional model of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine by taking the distal radius fractures as an example. Methods: Using virtual simulation software, the three-dimensional virtual simulation model is obtained through CT data acquisition, 3D model establishment and virtual animation acquisition. Results: Through the above operation can be virtual three-dimensional fracture reduction model. Conclusion: Virtual simulation can be applied to the teaching of orthopedics, which can be more intuitive observation of bone fractures during the operation to improve the situation of fracture displacement to better understand the details of the setting manipulation, if the correct method can be used to complete the three-dimensional model of bone formation and virtual simulation.
