“中医正骨仿真系统”在老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折治疗中的应用研究

摘要 目的观察“中医正骨仿真系统”在老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法120例老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。两组患者均进行手法复位、夹板外固定治疗,观察组治疗时进行“中医正骨仿真系统”训练,对照组则不进行相关训练。比较两组患者治疗前后影像学指标及骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率、腕关节功能优良率。结果治疗前,两组掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨短缩高度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组掌倾角(12.22±1.76)°、尺偏角(21.86±2.41)°、桡骨短缩高度(0.97±0.91)mm均显著优于对照组的(9.79±2.24)°、(19.90±2.55)°、(1.42±1.22)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间(42.77±5.88)d显著短于对照组的(45.85±5.20)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率6.67%显著低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腕关节功能优良率96.67%高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“中医正骨仿真系统”应用于老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折治疗中可达到更好的复位效果,加速骨折愈合,降低并发症发生率,促进腕关节功能的恢复。 Objective To observe the application effect of"Bone setting simulation system of traditional Chinese medicine"in the treatment of distal radius extension fracture in the elderly.Methods A total of 120 cases of elderly patients with distal radius extension fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with manual reduction and splint external fixation.The observation group received"Bone setting simulation system of traditional Chinese medicine"training,and the control group received no related training.The imaging indexes before and after treatment,fracture healing time,complication rate,and excellent and good rate of wrist joint function were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in palm tilt angle,ulnar deviation angle and radial shortening height between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had palm tilt angle of(12.22±1.76)°,ulnar deviation angle of(21.86±2.41)°and radial shortening height of(0.97±0.91)mm,which were significantly better than those of(9.79±2.24)°,(19.90±2.55)°and(1.42±1.22)mm in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of(42.77±5.88)d in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of(45.85±5.20)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of 6.67%in the observation group was significantly lower than that of 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of wrist joint function in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of 86.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"Bone setting simulation system of traditional Chinese medicine"can achieve better reduction effect in the treatment of distal radius extension fracture in the elderly,accelerate fracture healing,reduce the complication rate,and promote the recovery of wrist joint function.
