虚拟中医正骨系统实体骨折模型的制备 被引量:7

Preparation of Entity Fracture Model in Virtual Bone-Setting System of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 在分析现有的实体骨折模型和骨折信息数据处理技术的基础上,研发了一种可应用于正骨手法教学实践的实体骨折模型。该模型实现了手法操作与断骨信息三维图像演示同步进行的功能,突破了正骨手法教学无法实践培训的难题。从实体骨折模型的骨骼仿真、肌肉拉力调节、传感器信息监测等方面详细介绍了模型制作的方法和原理,总结概括模型现有的不足并提出下一步改进的方法和措施。 Based on the analysis of existing entities fracture model and fracture information and data pro- cessing technology,this paper developed a entity fracture model which can be applied in bone-setting teach- ing practice. The model realizes the functions of simultaneously demonstrating the manipulation steps and the three-dimensional image of the broken bones information, which has broken through the problem of there not being practical training for bone-setting teaching. This paper introduces the methods and principles of model making from the following aspects:simulation bone,regulation of muscle tension,sensor information monitor- ing,etc. The present shortfalls of the model are also discussed herein with measures for improvement given.
