摘要
目的建立原子荧光光谱法同时测定人参中砷和汞的含量。方法采用微波消解法对样品进行消解,优化确定实验条件,应用双道原子荧光光度计,对样品进行测定。结果此方法样品处理简单快速,实验线性范围高(大于三个数量级),检出限低(砷AS:0.02ug/L,汞Hg:0.002ug/L),重现性强,简化了实验步骤,对于批量检测任务,大大提高了工作效率,具有极高的推广价值。
Objective to establish that the determination of arsenic and mercury content in ginseng at the same time by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Method: The samples by microwave digestion using nitric acid to dissolve,the optimum of experiment conditions were determined, by dual channel atomic fluorescence photometer, the determination of the samples. Rssult: This approach is simple and rapid for processing samples. the linear range is higher(more than three orders of magnitude), detection limit is lower(arsenic AS: 0.02 ug/L, mercury Hg: 0.002 ug/L).Conclusion: This method reproducibility is stronger. It simplifies the experimental steps,improving the work efficiency greatly, for batch testing tasks, with higher popularization value.
