预制混凝土夹心保温墙体棒状不锈钢连接件研发与抗拔性能试验研究 被引量:12

Test Study on Pull-out Behavior of Rod-like Stainless Steel Connectors in Precast Sandwich Insulation Wall Panels

摘要 研发了一种适用于预制混凝土夹心保温墙体的棒状不锈钢连接件,该连接件由不锈钢棒、倒锥形十字肋和套环组成,具有锚固性能好、便于安装的特点。通过拔出试验,对其拔出破坏形态与抗拔承载力等进行了较为系统的研究。结果表明:棒状不锈钢连接件的拔出破坏形态为连接件端部混凝土劈裂破坏;破坏时连接件自身应变较小,极限应变为屈服应变的40%;连接件的抗拔承载力为14.8k N,具有较大安全余量。 A new kind of rod-like stainless steel connector for precast concrete sandwich insulation wall panels is developed. The connector is made of stainless steel rod,tapered cross rib and ring with characteristics of good anchoring and easy installation. Based on pull-out test,the failure mode and the pull-out capacity of rod-like stainless steel connector are fully studied. The results show that the failure is the concrete splitting at the end of connectors. The strain of the connectors is small when specimens are damaged,and the limit strain is 40% of the yield strain. The pull-out capacity of the connector is14. 8 k N and has a great safety margin.
