摘要
针对预制夹芯保温墙体中FRP连接件的受力性能直接影响到墙体安全性的问题,以上海市某安居工程为背景,通过FRP连接件的拔出试验和抗剪试验,对FRP连接件的抗拔承载力、抗剪承载力、破坏形态、荷载-滑移关系与荷载-应变关系进行了研究.结果表明:FRP连接件的抗拔承载力为23.5 kN,平面内和平面外两种不同布置方案的抗剪承载力分别为19.6 kN和12.6 kN,满足工程设计要求,并具有较大的安全储备.并对预制夹芯保温墙体的热工性能进行了研究,结果表明:采用FRP连接件的预制夹芯保温墙体的传热系数K=0.407 W·(m2·K)-1,满足国家建筑节能标准要求.
To solve the problem that the safety of precast sandwich insulation wall was influenced by the mechanical behavior of FRP connector,the model from a practical project in Shanghai was used as reference.The tests of three pull-out specimens and six shear specimens were used to investigate the properties of FRP connectors of pull-out capacity,shear bearing capacity,failure pattern and load-slip curve.The results show that the pull-out capacity of the connector is 23.5 kN.When the connectors are arranged parallel and vertically to the shear load,the shear bearing capacities of the connector are 19.6 kN and 12.6 kN,respectively.The connectors can meet the design requirement in practical project with a great safety margin.The thermal performance of precast sandwich insulation wall was also tested.The results show that heat transfer coefficient of the wall is 0.407 W · (m^2 · K)^-1,and can meet the need of building energy-saving standard.
