摘要
预制混凝土夹心保温外挂墙板是一种兼具施工装配化和建筑低能耗的新型节能墙板。综述了其组成构造、材料、类型、特点、工程应用以及国内外对其力学性能、热工性能、抗火性能和连接件等方面的研究现状。探讨了墙板性能与多因素耦合作用及连接件温度应力之间关系的研究不足、对地域性村镇建设专用的预制混凝土夹心保温外挂墙板体系研究较少、地域性村镇建设标准尚缺失、国家标准和图集不完善、缺乏设计该类墙板的专用软件、纤维连接件制作工艺复杂、内外页墙多为厚重的普通混凝土、运输吊装不便等问题。提出了将高性能轻骨料混凝土引入该类墙板,研发集强锚固、高耐久、良耐火、低导热、制作简易于一体的新型连接件及其质量保证与评价体系等建议,以期使其轻质高强、安全耐久。最后展望了大掺量工农业固体废物、新型高效节能材料、相变材料、光催化材料等以新材料为为突破口达到A级防火要求的新型多功能一体化预制混凝土夹心保温外挂墙板体系,在推动装配式建筑和超低能建筑节能领域的光明前景。
Precast concrete sandwich thermal insulation exterior wall panel is a new type of energy-saving wall panel with both construction assembly and low energy consumption.In this paper,the composition,materials,types,characteristics,engineering applications and the research status of mechanical property,thermal performance,fire resistance and connectors are reviewed.The following issues are discussed,the research on the relationship between the performance of wallboard,the coupling effect of multiple factors and the temperature stress of connectors is insufficient.There is little research on the precast concrete sandwich thermal insulation exterior wall panel system for regional village construction.Regional villages and towns construction standards are still missing,the lack of special software to design this kind of wall panel,national standards and atlas are not perfect.The fabrication process of fibre reinforced polymer connectors is complicated.Thick ordinary concrete is used for the inner and outer walls,which is inconvenient for transportation and hoisting.It is suggested to introduce high-performance lightweight aggregate concrete into this kind of wall panels,to develop new connectors integrating strong anchorage,high durability,good fire resistance,low thermal conductivity,simple manufacture,and to establish quality assurance and evaluation system,so as to make them light,high strength,safe and durable.Finally,the bright prospect of the new multifunctional integrated precast concrete sandwich insulation exterior wall panel system which introduces a large amount of industrial and agricultural solid waste,new high efficiency energy saving materials,phase change materials,photocatalytic materials,and meets the requirements of grade A fire prevention in promoting assembled buildings and ultra-low energy building energy saving is put forward.
