摘要
为保证圆柱滚子轴承在工作过程中的使用性能,需对轴承在外加载荷作用下的温升进行分析。以某摆剪减速器圆柱滚子轴承为研究对象,运用热网络法计算其温升,通过现场实测验证了热网络模型的可行性。并运用热网络法计算了不同品牌的圆柱滚子轴承的温升情况,得到了滚动体数和其结构对温升有影响。结果表明:滚动体越多,并且滚动体为空心时轴承的温升越低,即FAG品牌的圆柱滚子轴承的温升低。轴承的温升分析为轴承的设计和使用提供参考依据。
In order to ensure the performance of cylindrical roller bearing in the working process,the temperature rise of bearing under external load should be analyzed. A pendulum shear reducer cylindrical roller bearings as research object,its temperature rise is calculated by the thermal network method,and the feasibility of the thermal network model is verified by the field test. The temperature rise of the cylindrical roller bearings with different brands was analyzed by the thermal network method,obtained that the number and structure of cylindrical roller has an effect on the temperature field. The results show that the more the number of roller is and the rolling body is hollow,lower temperature rise of bearing is. Cylindrical roller bearing of FAG brand,temperature rise is low. Analysis the temperature rise of bearing also provides a reference for the design and the use of the bearing.
