摘要
针对一起石蜡加氢原料泵轴承故障,对原料泵齿轮箱高速传动轴和低速传动轴进行了检查,对原料泵齿轮箱进行了振动分析,确认了故障原因,并提出了解决方案。
In response to a bearing failure in a paraffin hydrogenation raw material pum p,the high-speed transmission shaft and low-speed transmission shaft of the raw material pump gearbox were checked,and the vibration analysis of the raw material pump gearbox was carried out.The cause of the failure was confirmed and a solution was proposed.
