摘要
为找出影响涡轮增压器涡轮端轴承和密封环温度的关键因素,在涡轮增压器试验台架上对影响涡轮增压器涡轮端轴承和密封环温度因素进行了测试研究。研究结果表明:涡前温度是影响涡轮端轴承和密封环峰值温度的主要因素;在瞬态运行工况下,由于在轴承体内产生了热倒流现象而导致涡轮端轴承的温度变化趋势是先从稳态运行温度开始升高并达到峰值温度后又开始降低,而涡轮端密封环的温度则不受热倒流现象的影响,其变化趋势始终是从稳态运行温度开始慢慢降低。
The influencing factors of turbocharger bearing and sealing ring temperature were researched through the experiment to identify the key influencing factors. The results show that the turbine inlet temperature is the key influencing factor. Under transient conditions, the turbine bearing temperature first rises to the peak and then falls due to the backward heat flow inside bearing housing, but the turbine sealing ring temperature decreases gradually, which is little influenced.
