摘要 固有淋巴细胞(innate lymphoid cells,ILCs)是近年来的研究热点,它们在体内广泛分布,在不同组织发挥重要的作用。其中淋巴组织诱导细胞(lymphoid tissue-inducer cell,LTi)和其他新近发现的三型固有淋巴细胞主要分布在肠道固有层,在肠道抗感染免疫、维持肠道稳态以及自身免疫病中发挥重要作用,进一步揭开了固有淋巴细胞的神秘面纱。 Innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) have been researched extensively in recent years. It is now dear that ILCs populate almost every tissue and have important roles. Lymphoid tissue-inducer cell and other newly found ILC3 subgroups, which are distributed mainly in the intestinal lamina propria, proved to play important roles in defense against infectious intestinal diseases, maintaining tissue homeostasis and regulating autoimmune diseases. These further indicate the importance of ILCs.
