摘要 目的通过对美军战现场救治伤情及伤类的分析及战场数据收集整合的方法及特点的论述,总结出其对我军战现场战伤救治的发展及完善的启示。方法详细论述美军在伊拉克战场及阿富汗战场中的伤亡统计及伤情分类,总结其战现场战伤救治信息及文件的收集和数据链的流动体系,结合我军新形势下战现场战伤救治要求与现状,提出几点符合我军特点的建议,以完善我军战现场战伤救治数据收集及反馈机制。结果我军目前缺乏成体系的战伤救治数据流动链,需进一步完善其中关键环节,并建立符合实战背景创伤数据库。结论加强战现场战伤数据的收集、汇总与整理,对战现场战伤救治的研究、反馈及提升具有重要意义,在未来战争中可有效地提高战伤救治的成功率。 Objective To analyze the mechanism and the category of traumatic injury in Combat Casualty Care of U.S aimy, introduce the method of data collection as well as integration, some illuminations were given to optimize the Combat Casualty Care of our army.Methods Elaborates on the Combat Casualty Care statistics of U.S army engagement in Afghanistan and Iraq, and the chain of data flow was summarized, then come up with several suggestions with an overall consideration combined the status quo of PLA, aiming to promote the performance of data collection and feedback. Result So far our army still lack of a systematic chain of data collection mechanism. Relevant key links need to be completed, and a trauma database which is in accordance with combat circumstance is looking forward to be set up. Conclusion To enhance the collection and integration of Combat Casualty Care data is realistic significance for the study and promoting Combat Casualty Care, which will efficiently decreasing the mortality in future warfare.
