摘要
目的 为了检验新入伍学员新训成果,帮助其更好的适应军旅生活和应对未来军事斗争的需要,某陆军大学组织新入伍学员开展200 km徒步野外拉练,医疗保障做为此次活动的重要组成部分,发挥至关重要的作用.方法 整个拉练分为徒步行军、宿营和综合摩托化机动三个阶段,医疗队分组交叉实施遂行和宿营地保障,随行医疗队携带急救器材和常见病防治药物跟进伴随,适时地为行军部队提供及时有针对性的保障;宿营地保障是在宿营区展开固定医疗点,为参训学员提供全天候门诊.结果 行军途中后送至医疗点共26人次,无伤员需要进一步送至后方医院,训练期间发生上呼吸道感染22例、背部湿疹9例、急性胃肠炎8例、虫类咬伤4例、甲沟炎4例、低血糖休克2例、过度通气综合征1例、应力性骨折1例.结论 "定人、定责、定车、定位"是此次医疗保障的根本原则,积极做好各项前期准备工作、完善的各种保障预案是医疗队高效运作的前提,医护人员全程深入到队伍中实施保障前移是得以实现"零后送"的重要条件.
Objective In order to test the new recruits students training effect and help them to better adapt to army life and respond to the needs of the future military struggle.Army organize freshman for comprehensive training that medical security as an important part of the activity play a vital role.Methods Training practice including hiking,camping and motor.The medical team group traveling and camping point of care.Accompanying medical team carry first-aid equipment and common diseases prevention and treatment of drug for timely provide targeted and in a timely manner for marching troops.Another group of fixed quantities in camping area waited for the students which provide Round the-clock service.Results Training in the process of 26 people had been sent to the quantities without the injured needs further to the rear hospital.Disease types including upper respiratory tract infection 22 case,eczem a 9 case,acute gastroenteritis 8 case,insect bite 4 case,paronychia4 case,hypoglycemia shock 2 case,excessive hypoventilation syndrome 1 case and a stress fracture 1 case.Conclusion The fundam ental principle of medical care was relatively fixed which personnel,responsibility,vehicles and position.In addition,prepare fully,perfect all kinds of security plan was a prerequisite for success.
