摘要
目的:探讨翻转课堂教学法在医师资格实践技能考核考前培训中的效果。方法:选取2014级、2015级参加医师资格考试实践技能考核考前培训的海南医学院第一附属医院住院医师规范化学员共84名,进行翻转课堂教学法教学,教学实施后通过问卷调查及考核通过率完成效果评估。结果:2014级、2015级学员的考试通过率分别为79.76%、82.14%;回收80份问卷,实施翻转课堂教学法,能提高学员的能动性、更能因材施教,使学员充分合理安排时间、有助于提高学生的成绩。结论:翻转课堂教学法是有利于提高学员成绩、改善学习效率的教学新模式。
Objective To explore the effect of overturning classroom teaching method in pre-test training of physician qualification practice skills assessment. METHODS: A total of 84 standardized residency registrars from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College participated in the examination of pre-examination skills for 2014-2015 medical qualification examination. The students were asked to turn over the teaching methods of classroom teaching. After the implementation of the questionnaire, complete the effect evaluation. Results The passing rates of 2014 and 2015 students were 79.76% and82.14% respectively. Recycling 80 questionnaires and turning over classroom teaching methods can improve students' motivation and make students more apt to arrange their time so as to help students Improve student achievement. Conclusion Turn over the classroom teaching method is a new teaching model conducive to improving student achievement and improving learning efficiency.
