微信平台辅助学习对外科学教学效果的Meta分析 被引量:5

Meta Analysis of the Effect of We Chat Platform Assisted Learning on Surgical Teaching

摘要 目的系统评价微信平台在外科学教学中的辅助应用效果。方法确定检索策略、原始文献的纳入与筛选原则,分别检索CNKI中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库。检索文献主题为探讨微信辅助外科学教学对临床实习生及医学生的影响,实验组干预措施为利用微信平台辅助学习,对照组为传统教学方法。检索时间跨度为2014年4月1日-2020年4月30日。运用Rev Man 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入研究文献12篇,研究对象1354人,其中试验组685人、对照组669人。Meta分析显示实验组与对照组的理论知识考试成绩对比,加权平均差(WMD)=6.04,95%CI:4.41~7.97,P<0.00001,相较于对照组,实验组的理论考试成绩更高;2组技能测试考核成绩比较,WMD=5.63,95%CI:1.41~9.85,P<0.01,实验组的技能考核成绩更高。结论从外科学理论知识考试和技能考核的成绩看,利用微信辅助学习的实验组教学效果相比传统教学的对照组更好,因此可在新冠疫情教学改革中大力推行利用微信的多样性平台辅助医学生的外科学学习。 Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of WeChat platform in the application of surgery.Methods Determine the search strategy,the principle of inclusion and selection of original documents,and search the CNKI,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang Database.The subject of literature retrieval was to explore the impact of WeChat-assisted surgery teaching on clinical interns and medical students.The intervention in the experimental group was to use WeChat platformto assist learning,and the control group was traditional teaching methods.The retrieval time span was from April 2014 to April 2020.Use RevMan 5.3 statistical software for Meta analysis.Results Twelve research literatures were included,with 1354 subjects,including 685 in the experimental group and 669 in the control group.Meta analysis showed that the theoretical knowledge test scores of the experimental group and the control group were compared,the weighted average difference(WMD)=6.04,95%CI:4.41~7.97,P<0.00001,compared with the control group,the experimental group’s theoretical test scores were higher;comparing the performance test scores of the two groups,WMD=5.63,95% CI:1.41~9.85,P<0.01,the experimental group had higher skill test results.Conclusions According to the results of the surgical theoretical knowledge examination and skill assessment,the teaching effect of the experimental group using WeChat-assisted learning was better than that of the traditional teaching control group,so we could vigorously promote the use of WeChat’s diversity platform in the new crown epidemic teaching reform to assist the medical students in the study of surgery.
