摘要
目的探讨新疆基层医院少数民族护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力现状,为提高护士突发公共卫生事件应急救护能力提供参考。方法抽取新疆48所基层医院502名少数民族注册护士为研究对象,采用基层护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力调查量表进行调查。结果基层医院少数民族护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力总分为(54.21±7.68)分,总条目均分为(3.38±0.68)分,其中应急知识维度(3.31±0.65)分,急救能力维度(3.46±0.69)分,综合能力维度(3.39±0.70)分。结论新疆基层医院少数民族护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力中等偏低,各级医院及培训机构应加强继续教育,重视基层医院少数民族护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力的培养。
Objective To explore the level of public health emergency preparedness in non-Han nurses working at primary care set tings in Xinjiang province and to provide reference for improving public health emergency preparedness of nurses. Methods A total of 502 non-Han registered nurses were selected from 48 primary care settings in Xinjiang province and were surveyed in terms of their public health emergency preparedness. Results The total score of public health emergency preparedness was 54.21 ± 7.68 and the average item score was 3. 38 ± 0. 68. The scores of 3 dimensions were 3.31 ± 0. 65 on emergency preparedness knowledge, 3.46±0.69 on first aid ability and 3.39± 0.70 on comprehensive ability. Conclusion Public health emergency preparedness was at moderate to lower level in non-Han nurses working in primary care settings, indicating continuing education should be provided.
