摘要
目的观察健脾疏肝降脂汤对高脂血症大鼠血脂及炎症因子水平调节的作用。方法将雄性SD大鼠32只随机等分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、辛伐他汀组和健脾疏肝降脂汤组,每组8只。正常对照组采用基础饲料喂养,其余各组采用高脂饲料饲喂法建立高脂血症大鼠模型,造模的同时预防性给药,用健脾疏肝降脂汤和阳性对照药辛伐他汀分别灌胃,4周后检测大鼠血清总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量及TFN-α、INF-γ的含量。结果健脾疏肝降脂汤显著降低模型大鼠血液CHOL、TG、LDL-C含量(P<0.01),提高HDL-C含量(P<0.01),且健脾疏肝降脂汤组降低TG的效果优于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05);健脾疏肝降脂汤组显著降低模型大鼠血清TFN-α和INF-γ水平(P<0.01),且健脾疏肝降脂汤组降低IFN-γ效果优于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05)。结论健脾疏肝降脂汤能显著调节机体的血脂及炎症因子水平,有效预防高脂血症。
Objective To observe the regulation of jianpi shugan jiangzhi decoction on blood lipid profile and inflammatory factors in the rats of hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 32 SD rats were randomized into a normal control group,a high-lipid model group,a simvastatin group and a jianpi shugan jiangzhi decoction group,8 rats in each one. In the normal control group,the basic forage was used. The high-fat forage feeding was used to prepare hyperlipemia model rats in the rest groups. During model preparation,the medication was given for prevention. Jianpi shugan jiangzhi decoction and simvastatin were used respectively for lavage. In 4 weeks,the levels of CHOL,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C as well as TFN-α and INF-γ were determined. Results Jianpi shugan jiangzhi decoction significantly reduced the levels of CHOL,TG and LDL-C in the blood of model rats（ P〈0. 01） and increased HDL-C（ P〈0. 01）. The effect of it on reducing TG was better than simvastatin group（ P〈0. 05）. In the jianpi shugan jiangzhi decoction group,the levelsof TFN-α and INF-γ in serum were reduced significantly in the model rats（ P〈0. 01） and the effect on reducing INF-γ was better than simvastatin group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Jianpi shugan jiangzhi decoction significantly regulates blood lipid profile and inflammatory factors and effectively prevents and treats hyperlipidemia.
