导师制在神经病学预见习及实习教学中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨导师制在神经病学预见习及实习教学的作用。方法选取120名本科学生,随机分为导师制预见习组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。导师制预见习组在学习神经病学理论课程前一学期开始实施导师带领学生预见习、见习、实习全程教学,通过理论考试成绩、临床实习成绩和实习期间临床综合能力考核了解两组教学效果。结果导师制预见习组学生理论成绩(P<0.05)、临床实习成绩(P<0.01)及临床综合能力(P<0.01)均优于对照组。结论导师制预见习教学有助于学生全面发展,提高神经病学教学水平。 Objective To explore the effect of tutorial system and fore-observation teaching model in neurology. Methods 120 undergraduates were divided randomly into 2 groups, the tutorial system and fore-observation group (n=60) and the control group (n=60). The tutorial system and fore-observation group took the fore-observation teaching one semester earlier than the neurology course. The students were whole mentoring by tutor during fore-observation and clinical practice. The tutorial system and fore-observation group was compared with the control group in the examination scores, clinical practice scores and the comprehensive ability. Results The examination scores (P〈0.05), clinical practice scores (P〈0.01) and the comprehensive ability (P〈0.01) of the tutorial system and fore-observation group were apparently better than those of the control group. Conclusion The tutorial system and fore-observation teaching model helps the students to develop in an all-round way and contributes to improve the teaching of neurology.
