摘要
目的对比"导师制"PBL教学法与LBL教学法在心内科护士规范化培训中的效果。方法以2011年7月—2016年7月中国医科大学附属第一医院心内科新入的50名护士为研究对象,随机分为"导师制"PBL组(n=25)和LBL组(n=25);分别采取"导师制"PBL与LBL两种方法进行规范化培训。通过理论及操作成绩、重症监护患者护理并发症发生率及满意度问卷调查,评价两种教学方法。结果"导师制"PBL组理论及操作成绩均优于LBL组(P<0.05)。"导师制"PBL组吸入性肺炎及静脉炎发生率更低(P<0.05)。护士对"导师制"PBL教学法在提高个人能力方面满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论与LBL相比,"导师制"PBL教学法在心内科护士规范化培训中能取得更好效果。
Objective To compare the effect of PBL with "tutorial system"(T-PBL) teaching method and and lecture-based learning(LBL) in standardized training of nurses in cardiovascular department. Methods From July 2011 to July 2016, 50 new nurses in department of cardiology of the first affiliated hospital of China medical university were selected, randomly divided into T-PBL group (n=25) and LBL group (n=25), they took the "tutorial system" PBL and LBL two methods for standardized training. The two methods were evaluated through theoretical and operational scores, the incidence of complications and satisfaction. Results The theory and operation performance of T-PBL group were better than that of LBL group (P〈0.05). The T-PBL group had a lower incidence of aspiration pneumonia and phlebitis than LBL group (P〈0.05). The nurses were more satisfied with the T-PBL in improving their personal ability (P〈0.05). Conclusion T-PBL demonstrates advantages in standardized training of nurses in cardiovascular department and enhances the teaching effect.
