摘要
【目的】研究高繁殖力猪新品系-HN的肥育性能、胴体品质及年生产力.【方法】以大白猪为对照,测定了高繁殖力猪新品系-HN 2.5~6.5月龄肥育性能及活体质量60,70,80,90kg时的胴体性能和肉质,分析其经济效益及年生产力水平.【结果】高繁殖力猪新品系-HN全期平均日增质量为614.00g/d,极显著低于大白猪(P<0.01),3.5~4.5月龄时生长速度最快,日增质量达774.19g/d,全期料肉比为3.19,高于大白猪;各个体质量阶段屠宰率均在68%左右,胴体瘦肉率在51%~56%;90kg屠宰时胴体质量、眼肌面积最大,分别是61.48kg和40.73cm2,80kg屠宰时后腿比例、净肉率最大,分别是29.34%和73.12%,肉质指标都在正常范围内;新品系-HN每头母猪年提供育肥仔猪比大白猪多10.16头,60,70,80,90kg屠宰时,母猪年生产力(产肉量)分别为1 107.25,1 282.98,1 461.98,1 644.24kg.根据当前市场价格,各体质量阶段育肥猪出售时,母猪年纯盈利分别为3 681.34,5 415.34,6 335.50,6 497.25元,综合经济效益高于100kg大白猪.【结论】高繁殖力猪新品系-HN肥育性能好,胴体品质优良,综合考虑肥育性能和经济效益,80kg出售或屠宰,经济效益最好.
【Objective】To evaluate the fattening performance,carcass quality and annual productivity of the high reproductive swine new strain-HN in Gansu Province.【Method】Yorkshire was regarded as the control group.This study was conducted by measuring the 2.5 to 6.5 months′fattening performance andthe carcass performance and meat quality of the 60 kg,70 kg,80 kg,90 kg of live weight,analyzing the economic benefits and annual productivity of high reproductive swine strain-HN.【Result】The full period ADG of high reproductive swine new strain-HN was 614.00 g/d,which was significantly lower than that of Large White（P0.01）.The ADG in 3.5~4.5 months raised the fastest with 774.19 g/d.The full period FCR was 3.19,which was higher than that of Large White.The slaughter rates of each weight period were about 68%,and carcass lean was almost 51% to 56%.When slaughtered at 90 kg,the carcass weight and loin eye area reached the maximum of 61.48 kg and 40.73 cm2,respectively.When slaughtered at 80 kg,the ham percentage and meat percentage reached the maximum of 29.34% and 73.12%,respectively.Meat quality indicators were within the normal range.The numbers of fattening pigs provided by the new strainHN were more 10.16 heads per sow per year than Large White.When slaughtered at 60 kg,70 kg,80 kg and 90 kg,the sow′s annual productivity（meat production）were 1 107.25 kg,1 282.98 kg,1 461.98 kg and 1 644.24 kg,respectively.According to the current market price,when the corresponding weight fattening pigs sold,the sow＇s annual pure profit were 3 681.34,5 415.34,6 335.50 and 6 497.25 RMB,respectively,and the comprehensive economic benefits were higher than that of the 100 kg Large White.【Conclusion】The high reproductive swine new strain-HN has the good fattening performance,excellent carcass quality,high annual productivity and economic efficiency,which has the broad market prospects.
