摘要
泵站发热故障是煤矿用全液压钻机在使用过程中比较常见的问题,以重庆研究院生产的4000ZYW(JT)型钻机为例,通过对泵站的结构形式和发热原因进行分析,提出相应的解决对策。
Heating failure of pump station is the more common problems in the use of hydraulic drilling rig. The 4000ZYW （JT） drilling rig produced by Chongqing research Institute is taken as an example, and the structure of the pumping station and the cause of heat generation are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
