摘要
某单位生产的刮板输送机所配准42 mm×146 mm型紧凑链条出现断链问题,短时间内断裂次数频繁,从链条的材质、硬度、视觉检查及运行原理等方面分析其断裂原因,同时提出了几点改善措施。
Chain breaking problem happened to Ф42 mm×146 mm compact chain used in a scraper conveyor produced by a certain company; and it happened frequently within a short period. This paper makes some analyses to the reasons of its breaking, based on the material, hardness, visual checks and operational principle of the chain, and put forwards several measurements for improvement.
