摘要
钻机性能测试系统主要测量钻机的扭矩、转速、给进力和起拔力等参数,其测量结果的准确性和可靠性对钻机的研制及其在煤矿上的应用推广至关重要。通过对ZDY3200S全液压钻机进行测试,以高速挡小扭矩为例建立数学模型,详细分析了不确定度来源并对其评定,最后将之应用于期间核查,根据En值进行判定,钻机性能测试系统满足使用要求。
The rig performance testing system is mainly used to acquire the parameters like torque, revolving speed, feed force and pulling force and its accuracy and reliability are vital for the rigs development all hydraulic and their application and popularization in coal mine. Through the test on the ZDY3200S drilling rig, the mathematical model of small torque in high speed is established and then the source of measurement uncertainty is analyzed in details. After the evaluation, the measurement is applied into period verification. According to the value of, it proves that the rig performance testing system meets the operating requirements.
