摘要
先是对概念进行梳理,慢慢引入论点即在公私部门伙伴关系的模式下提供公共服务是否有效。主要采用文献分析法,紧接着就介绍国内外垃圾处理的现状,了解目前的状况,最后引入重庆同兴垃圾焚烧发电厂的案例来佐证本文的论点,并也从该案例中发现一些不足之处,并获得了在PPP模式下如何做得更好的启示。
This article introduces the concept and then introduces the argument that the provision of public services is effective in the public-private partnership model.This paper mainly uses the literature analysis method, and then introduces the domestic and foreign garbage disposal present situation, understand the current situation. Finally, uses the introduction of Chongqing Tongxing waste incineration power plant case to support the argument, and find some shortcomings from the case, and obtained better revelation in PPP mode.
