摘要
提出了采用ICP-OES法测定铝-硼中间合金中Si、Fe、Cu、Mn、Mg、Cr、Ni、Zn、Ti、Zr、V、Ga、B等13种元素的含量。样品用HCl-HNO_3混合酸溶解,用铝合金标准样品绘制校准曲线,从而使待测样品与标样成分相近,以校正基体的影响,对于常量元素硼,则采取加入一系列不同浓度的硼标准溶液绘制校准曲线。对3个未参与校准曲线回归的标准样品测定发现:测定值和标准值相符,相对误差均小于5%,相对标准偏差(n=10)在0.40%~4.50%之间。方法简单快速,准确度和精密度高,可以很好的满足生产及科研单位的质量检测需求。
A method for the determination of Si, Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg, Cr, Ni ,Zn,Ti ,Zr, V, Ga and B in aluminum - boron master alloy by ICP - OES was pro- posed. The samples were dissolved with HCl - HNO3 mixed acid solution, the calibration curves were obtained by measuring aluminum alloy standard samples that similar to the measured samples in the composition in order to correct the effect of matr/x. For the constant element boron, the calibration curve was obtained by adding a series of different concentrations of boron standard solution. It was found that the measured values were consistent with the standard values by determining three standard samples that didnt participate in calibration curve regression, and the relative error was less than 5%, the values of RSD's ( n = 10) were in the range of 0. 40% - 4. 50%. It was a simple method suitable for the demand of quality inspection with high accuracy and precision.
