ICP-OES同时快速测定珍珠岩中的多种化学组份 被引量:3

Simultaneous,rapid multicomponent analysis of perlite by ICP-OES

摘要 采用LiBO2-Li2CO3混合溶剂1000℃熔融,ICP-OES法测定了珍珠岩矿石中20种主、次及痕量成分。熔融、王水浸出后定容于100mL容量瓶。利用ICP-OES测定溶液中待测元素的特征光谱强度,根据校准工作曲线计算出待测元素在试液中的浓度,SiO2,Al2O3,CaO,MgO,K2O,Na2O,Fe203,TiO2,MnO,P2O5,Cu,Pb,Zn,Mo,Be,Ni,Co,Cd,V和Cr分析结果的相对标准偏差在0.75%~16%之间,能满足对珍珠岩矿石分析测试质量控制的要求。 A rapid spectrophotometric method for simultaneous detecting twenty kinds of main, minor, and trace constituents in perlite was developed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) and using lithium metaborate-lithium carbonate as fusion agents. Perlite samples were melted in lithium metaborate-lithium carbonate agents under 1000℃, then leached by aqua regia with metered volume in 100 mL volumetric flask. The intensities of characteristic spectra of elements were detected by ICP-OES and the concentrations of elements were calculated based on standard calibration curves of external standard method. The mass fraction of elements was calculated according to the diluted times of solution. The experiment results shown that the relative standard deviations of SiO2, A12O3, CaO, MgO, K2O, Na2O, Fe203, TiO2, MnO, P2O5, Cu, Pb, Zn, Mo, Be, Ni, Co, Cd, V and Cr were between 0. 75% ~ 16%, which can meet the requirement for quality control of the detection of perlite. The proposed method is simple, fast, and low-cost. Moreover, the detection results were comparable with those obtained by conventional chemical methods. This method improved the analysis efficiency greatly.
