摘要
近年来,随着分子生物学的快速发展,其在基础医学和临床医学诊断中的应用也越来越广泛,分子生物学技术与医学之间的联系日益紧密。医学分子生物学作为医学高等院校临床医学的一门必修课越来越引起重视,但长期的传统理论和实验课程的教学过程中存在的问题较多,如:理论知识更新较慢、实验课程设计落后、医学生不重视医学分子生物学的学习等。目前,只有通过合理的教学改革和科学的实验设计来激发学生学习兴趣,才能提高教学质量。医学分子生物学课程的教学内容应紧随医学科学研究成果的前沿,因材施教、不断更新,不断地进行改革,才能在高等医学院校培养出高水平的应用型人才。
Recently, with the rapid development of molecular bi-ology and its increasingly wide application in the diagnosis of ba-sic medicine and clinical medicine, the connection between thetechnology of molecular biology and medicine is increasinglyclose. Medical molecular biology as a required course for medicalcolleges and universities has attracted more and more attention,but there are some problems during the course of the long-termtraditional theory and experiment teaching, for example theoreti-cal knowledge updating is slow; the experimental curriculum de-sign is backward; medical students do not attach importance tothe study of medical molecular biology. At present, only by stim-ulating students' interest in learning through reasonable teachingreform and scientific experiment design can we improve teachingquality. The teaching content of medical molecular biology shouldfollow the leading edge of the medical science research, and should also be updated and reformed constantly, so as to cultivatehigh-level applied talents in medical colleges and universities.
