复合催化材料Bi_(2)Fe_(4)O_(9)/BiOCl的制备及其光催化性能实验设计 被引量:7

Design of experiment on synthesis of complex catalytic material Bi_(2)Fe_(4)O_(9)/BiOCl and photo-catalytic properties

摘要 以硝酸铋、硝酸铁和氯化钾等为原料,采用水热合成法制备了复合光催化材料Bi_(2)Fe_(4)O_(9)/BiOCl,用FT-IR、XRD和UV-Vis DRS等手段对样品进行表征。以罗丹明B作为有机染料,通过对比实验,研究催化剂对罗丹明B的降解性能和循环性能,发现复合催化剂对罗丹明B的光催化降解活性明显高于单一的Bi_(2)Fe_(4)O_(9)或BiOCl的催化降解活性,并且具有良好的稳定性和重复使用性。该实验设计将制备复合催化材料的方法与多种仪器分析测试技术相结合,具有新颖性、综合性、研究性和可操作性等特点,有助于提升学生的创新意识和综合实践能力。 With bismuth nitrate,ferric nitrate and potassium chloride as raw materials,the composite photocatalytic material Bi_(2)Fe_(4)O_(9)/BiOCl is prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method,and the catalyst is characterized by FT-IR,XRD,UV-Vis DRS,etc.With Rh B as an organic dye,the degradation performance and cycle performance of the catalyst on Rh B are investigated through comparative experiments.It is found that the photocatalytic degradation activity of the composite catalyst for Rh B is significantly higher than that of a single Bi_(2)Fe_(4)O_(9)or BiOCl and shows good stability and reusability.The experimental combines the preparation method of composite catalytic material with various instrumental analysis and testing techniques,and has the characteristics of novelty,comprehensiveness,research and maneuverability,which helps to enhance students’comprehensive practical ability and innovative consciousness.
