摘要 分子生物学实验技术在中医药研究领域中的普及使得越来越多的中医院校科研型研究生在完成毕业课题时需要分子生物学实验技能,而中医院校学生往往在该方面存在知识的欠缺。我校研究生分子生物学实验技能培养采取传统教学结合PBL教学模式,并针对研究生群体的教学特点,在兼顾实验理论和实验技能两方面的同时,注重培养学生独立选择实验方案和独立操作的能力,取得了良好效果。 More and more postgraduate students of Chinese medicine universities need experiment skills in molecular biology to finish their graduation theses, since molecular biological technology is used increasingly popular in Chinese medicine research. At the same time, these students lack molecular biology knowledge. In order to improve postgraduate students' experiment skills in molecular biology, we combine the traditional teaching method with PBL. According to the learning characteristics of postgraduates, we not only teach the theory and skills of molecular biology, but also pay much attention to their developing ability to make experiment plans and finish the plans independently. It works well and has achieved satisfying results.
