摘要
目的了解四川省市售婴幼儿奶粉、婴幼儿谷物辅助食品及临床病例中分离的克罗诺杆菌药物敏感性特征。方法采用微量肉汤稀释法测定109株克罗诺杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),使用6类8种抗生素进行药物敏感性试验。结果 109株克罗诺杆菌对环丙沙星、萘啶酸、头孢噻肟、庆大霉素、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲恶唑、氯霉素、四环素等7种抗生素均敏感,53株对头孢西丁耐药,耐药率达48.6%(53/109);甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲恶唑和氯霉素的MIC值呈逐年上升趋势。结论克罗诺杆菌对二代头孢类药物耐受性较高,可进一步研究其耐药分子机理,为促进临床合理用药提供参考,以控制克罗诺杆菌多重耐药菌株的产生。
Objective To investigate the drug susceptibility of Cronobacter spp. isolated from formula milk powder,infant rice powder,and clinical cases in Sichuan Province. Methods The drug susceptibility test of 109 strains of Cronobacter spp. was conducted with minimum broth dilution method. Results All the strains were sensitive to ciprofloxacin,nalidixic acid,cefotaxime,gentamicin,trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole,tetracyclin and chloramphenicol,while 53 strains were resistant tocefoxitin,and the resistance rate was 48. 6%( 53/109). The minimum inhibitory concentration value of trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole and chloramphenicol increased year by year. Conclusion Strains of Cronobacter spp. in this study had higher resistance to the second generation cephalosporins,and further study was needed to understand the mechanism. It was necessary for clinician to refer the drug sensitivity of Cronobacter spp. so as to select antibiotics correctly,and also for controlling the rapid evolving of multi-drug resistant strains of Cronobacter spp..
