摘要
目的:了解广州市售国产婴幼儿配方粉中阪崎肠杆菌的污染状况。方法:对市售111份国产婴幼儿配方粉进行阪崎肠杆菌分离培养,对分离株进行生化鉴定,荧光PCR检测及17种抗生素的药敏分析。结果:共检出6株阪崎肠杆菌(检出率5.41%),其中配方牛奶粉3株(检出率4.41%),配方羊奶粉1株(检出率11.11%),配方米粉2株(检出率5.88%);6株阪崎肠杆菌对头孢噻吩耐药率100%,对头孢唑啉耐药率66.67%,对其余抗生素普遍敏感。结论:广州市售国产婴幼儿配方粉中存在阪崎肠杆菌污染,食用安全隐患不容忽视。
Objective：To investigate the contamination state of the infant formula sold in Guangzhou by Enterobacter sakazakii.Methods：Isolation and culturing of Enterobacter sakazakii were performed on 111 samples of infant formula.Isolated strains were subject to identification by biochemical test,real-time PCR and antimicrobial susceptibility test.Results：6 isolates were identified as Enterobacter sakazakii（with the detection rate of 5.41%）,including 3,1 and 2 strains isolated from infant formula with the source of cow milk,goat milk and rice,respectively,with the detection rate being 4.41%,11.11% and 5.88%,respectively.The resistance rate of the 6 isolates to cefalotin and Cefazolin was 100% and 66.67%,respectively.And these isolates were susceptible to other commonly used antibiotics.Conclusion：There exists contamination by Enterobacter sakazakii in infant formula made in China on Guangzhou market and the potential risk of food contamination should be given due attention.
