摘要
生物膜是很多微生物包括许多病原体存在的主要形式,致病菌生物膜能引起慢性感染和移植相关感染。生物膜的耐药现象普遍存在,且呈增长趋势,这促使人们对生物膜的耐药机制及其防治的研究不断深入,从而使生物膜相关疾病的治疗方法得到了改进,治疗效果也有所提高。本文对生物膜的形成、耐药机制及生物膜相关疾病的治疗现状做一介绍。
