摘要 生物膜是很多微生物包括许多病原体存在的主要形式,致病菌生物膜能引起慢性感染和移植相关感染。生物膜的耐药现象普遍存在,且呈增长趋势,这促使人们对生物膜的耐药机制及其防治的研究不断深入,从而使生物膜相关疾病的治疗方法得到了改进,治疗效果也有所提高。本文对生物膜的形成、耐药机制及生物膜相关疾病的治疗现状做一介绍。 Biofilm is the main existing form of many microorganisms, including a number of pathogens, pathogenic bacteria can cause chronic infection and relative infection with implantation. Drug - resistance of biofilm exists widely and increases, which makes more people pay more attention to pathogenic mechanism, prevention and therapy of biofilms, so that the therapy methods of bioflm related diseases can be improved, and the effect is also improved.
