摘要
目的探讨影响医患间有效沟通的相关因素并提出改善建议。方法通过文献搜集法和访谈法搜集资料,运用鱼骨图分析法找出医患有效沟通的影响因素。结果影响医患间有效沟通的因素包括医方、患方、社会3大维度,具体包括:医院管理不到位、医生缺乏有效的沟通时间、患者期望过高、多方相关部门缺少联动等内容。结论建议通过延长医生会诊时间、患者减少期望、政府加强监管等措施,实现医患间的有效沟通,从而构建良好的医患关系。
Objective To explore the relevant factors affecting the effective communication between doctors and patients and propose suggestions for improvement.Methods Literature review and interview were adopted to collect materials,and Fishbone Diagram was applied to figure out the factors influencing the communication.Results The factors affecting the effective communication between doctors and patients included three dimensions:doctors,patients and society.Specific factors included inadequate hospital management,lack of effective communication time for doctors,high expectations of patients,and lack of linkage among related departments.Conclusion It is suggested that the effective communication between doctors and patients should be realized by extending the doctor consultation time,lowering patient expectations and strengthening government supervision,so as to build a good doctor-patient relationship.
