摘要
实践能力是酒店管理专业学生适应酒店实际工作,满足酒店行业用人需要的能力要求。酒店管理专业案例教学是培养在校学生的实践应用能力和职业能力的有效途径;文章通过对高校酒店管理专业课程案例教学创新的讨论,提出了有利于酒店管理专业学生实践能力培养的课程教学的思路。
The practice ability is one of the ability that a professional hotel management students adapt to the hotel work,and meet the requirement of hotel industry. Case teaching method in hotel management teaching is a good way to cultivate students application ability and professional ability;based on the specialized curriculum teaching innovation of hotel management major in the university. The article gives an idea for practical ability training in major courses teaching.
